Berlin-based adelphi is an independent think tank and public policy consultancy specialised on climate, environment and development. Founded in 2001, the 280-strong staff provides interdisciplinary research, strategic policy analysis and advice, and corporate consulting to an array of clients, including national and international organizations, governments, businesses and nonprofits/NGOs. In cooperation with the German Federal Foreign Office (AA), adelphi initiated the platform for exchange on environment, conflict, and cooperation (ECC), as well as the Climate Diplomacy initiative.
