Denmark's DSV has agreed to buy Schenker, the logistics arm of German state rail operator Deutsche Bahn, for 14.3 billion euros in a deal that would make it the world's biggest logistics company.

Reuters: Iberdrola, BP to build 25-MW green hydrogen project in Spain

The project, which will benefit from a 15-million-euro EU subsidy, is designed to help BP reduce the carbon footprint of its oil refinery located in Castellon, the two companies said in a joint statement.
