City of Berlin Senate Department for the Environment, Transport and Climate Protection

The Berlin Senate Department for the Environment, Transport and Climate Protection (SenUVK) is one of ten departments of the Berlin Senate and the supreme state authority responsible for environmental, transport and climate protection policy in the German capital - it is the state's environment and transport ministry. Furthermore, it is responsible for the Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Programme 2030 (BEK 2030) - the central instrument of Berlin's energy and climate protection policy towards a climate-neutral city in 2050, as well as the author of the Berlin Mobility Act.
