Reporter's Guide: The core of CLEW's offer to print, take with you or share

In what's now the 7th edition of our “Reporter’s Guide to the Energy Transition”, we offer journalists covering energy and climate policy an overview of key stories, experts and facts on Germany’s landmark effort to mitigate climate change.

The latest edition of CLEW's “Reporter's Guide to the Energy Transition” is always on my desk here in our Berlin offices. Whether I need to check how high greenhouse gas emissions from the industry sector were in the past year, or when the next regional elections in coal mining states take place - here's where I find the answer quickest.

The guide gives journalists a starting point for their work, highlighting the main storylines of the Energiewende, providing lists of experts and links to key readings. The guide complements the website, which has plenty more in-depth information and contacts. It's also a great way to share the essence of CLEW's work with colleagues, contacts or energy transition novices. We hope it helps you, our foreign colleagues, do your work.

The daily briefing and the weekly newsletter, as well as our Twitter feed, @cleanenergywire, offer the latest Energiewende relevant news while the regularly updated calendar lists the next big energy and climate policy events.

The CLEW team is also available for requests and research support on demand. Journalists can get in touch at info@cleanenergywire.org or find the right contact person here.
